Baggy Eyelids
The eyelids can be one of the first areas on the face to show the effects of ageing.
The most common problems are: puffy-looking upper eyelids, an overhang of upper lid skin, and the appearance of 'bags' in the lower lids.
Eyelid surgery (also known as 'blepharoplasty') can improve the appearance of the upper or lower eyelids, by removing excess skin and fatty tissue. This gives a more rejuvenated appearance to the area around your eyes - making you look more rested and alert. It can also improve your visual field.
Palm Clinic also offers non-surgical treatments if you are not ready for surgery. This may include Botox, dermal fillers or laser resurfacing. If your Palm Clinic doctor feels that blepharoplasty would be your best option you will be referred to a plastic or opthalmic surgeon.
