Marionette Lines

Marionette lines are the lines which run from the edges of the mouth to the chin and which commonly make the mouth look sad because of the down turned expression.

This area is generally treated with a combination of Botox to relax the muscles which are pulling the corners of the mouth down, and dermal fillers to correct the fat loss and sagging in this area.

The result is a much more neutral mouth expression which takes away the "sad" look that often appears with ageing.
