Treat Forehead Wrinkles
Brow lines are the horizontal lines on the forehead that are caused by raising the eyebrows.
These lines can become quite furrowed.
The mainstay of treatment for brow lines is Botox, which relaxes the frontalis muscle that is used for raising the eyebrows. Care must be taken to ensure that the eyebrows do not drop - so it is important to consult an experienced practitioner such as the doctors at Palm Clinic.
Dermal fillers such as Juvederm can also be used for the wrinkles and lines on the forehead to provide volume under the lines which softens the lines without risking dropping the eyebrows. This is particularly useful for those who are not good candidates for Botox because of already very low eyebrows. Your Palm Clinic cosmetic physician will advise you which is the best treatment or combination of treatments for you.
